Portland Administrative Law Judge Keith Kekauoha has received the top overall rating in an annual anonymous survey of all attorneys practicing in workers’ compensation cases.
Administrative Law Judge Aliza Bethlahmy received the second highest rating in the survey, which asked lawyers to rate the judges on their knowledge of workers’ compensation law, judicial temperament, capability to handle hearings, diligence, efficiency and communications skills.
