New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham appointed Heather Jordan as the new director of the Workers' Compensation Administration, effective immediately.
Jordan succeeds Robert Doucette, who will serve as cabinet secretary for the General Services Department.
Jordan, who was the agency's executive deputy director, started with the WCA as clerk of the court and custodian of records in 2015. She was promoted to court and programs administrator in 2022.
