Court Publishes Decision Holding Employer Liable for Penalties to Worker's Widow

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania upheld the imposition of penalties against an employer for failing to make payment to a worker’s widow in accordance with the award she had received, after the employer was unsuccessful in obtaining a writ of supersedeas.
