DWC Proposes Rules for Death Investigator Benefits

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is accepting comments on rules it proposed to implement legislation entitling death investigators to reimbursement for medical expenses resulting from exposure to contagious diseases and to expedited medical benefits for work-related injuries.
