The Governing Committee for the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California is set to start discussing on Wednesday proposed regulatory changes that it might recommend later this year.
The new business on the agenda is a discussion about the Sept. 1 regulatory rate filing the WCIRB plans to submit.
Committee members will also review recommendations that the Classification and Rating Committee made during an Oct. 13 meeting.
