Zurich North America has named Allen Kirsh head of claims judicial and legislative affairs, a newly created position in which he will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to influence judicial and legislative agendas in key jurisdictions throughout the country.
Kirsh will advocate for statutory changes that are consistent with tort reform issues, support judges and legislators who fairly balance industry and social interests, and collaborate with business leaders and trade associations to drive a fair legal process for claim adjudication, Zurich said in a statement.
