DWC Announces 2023 Audit Standards

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday announced standards it will use for profile audit reviews of adjusting locations in 2023. The DWC said the PAR performance standard for 2023 audits is 1.76323. Audit subjects that score 1.76323 or lower will be required to pay any unpaid compensation but will not be assessed administrative penalties.
