At Least 33,000 Clients Involved in Capping Scheme, Attorney Argues

A Southern California applicants’ attorney is asking the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeal to allow him to proceed with a racketeering case against attorneys he says damaged his practice by illegally capping tens of thousands of injured workers.
