Members of Oregon’s Management-Labor Advisory Committee on Feb. 19 will discuss amendments proposed for two bills — one that would mandate electronic claim filing and another that would apply an occupational disease presumption for some police and fire employees.
The committee recently discussed House Bill 2040, which would give the director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services the power to specify methods for reporting claims, denials and closures related to workers' comp cases.
