Amici Join Westphal Dispute over Constitutionality of TTD Limit

The Florida 1st District Court of Appeal has found a new batch of "friends of the court," in the form of five amicus briefs filed by parties on both sides of the court's decision to overturn the state's 104-week limit on temporary total disability compensation.Even the Florida House and Senate have joined the fray in Westphal v.
