WILG Webinar Focuses on Medicare Compliance

The Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group is hosting a webinar Feb. 17 on the latest requirements relating to the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. The Provide Accurate Information Directly Act, which was included in appropriations bill HR 8900 that President Trump signed in December, will modify Medicare Secondary Payer Act provisions and require Medicare to provide insurers and self-insured employers with information about Part C and Part D enrollees.
