Applicant Caught Teaching Karate to Pay $11,799 Restitution

A former delivery driver who was videotaped teaching karate while drawing temporary total disability benefits, after claiming he found it difficult to stand and even brush his teeth, must pay $11,799 in restitution after pleading guilty to a felony workers' compensation fraud charge.
