WCRI Report Analyzes Fee Schedule Impacts on Ambulatory Surgery Payments

A new report released by the Workers Compensation Research Institute analyzes trends in ambulatory surgery center payments in Georgia and examines the impacts of recent fee schedule changes, WCRI said in a news release. The report looks at changes to Medicare Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System reimbursement rates, which are the “basis of the Georgia workers’ compensation outpatient fee schedule,” according to WCRI.
