An Ohio restaurant owner was ordered to reimburse the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation $9,406 and serve three years' probation after his former employer reported that he was drawing benefits while earning income.
Mark J. Cothern, of Danville, pleaded guilty on Aug. 11 to one fifth-degree felony count of attempted workers' compensation fraud in the Knox County Court of Common Pleas, the BWC said.
