Court Upholds Arbitration Award for Doctor on Breach of Contract Claim

A California appellate court last week upheld a doctor’s $113,400 arbitration award against a workers’ compensation management service provider for breaching the terms of a contract. The case was Med-Legal Associates v. Fishman. In 2008, Dr. Bruce E.
