Worker Must Give Timely Notice of Injury, Not Notice of Filing Comp Claim

The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that a worker seeking compensation for an injury must give her employer notice of the accident within one year of its occurrence, but she need not provide formal notice of a claim within that period.
