AmWins Hires New CFO, Appoints Current CFO to Board of Directors

AmWins Group Inc. has hired a new chief financial officer, and its current CFO has joined the Board of Directors, the specialty insurance broker announced Tuesday. Scott Purviance ceded the position of CFO, which he has held since 2001, to Darin Stafford. Stafford joins AmWins after seven years at the North Carolina firearms manufacturer Remington Outdoor Co., where he was vice president.
