DCBS Sets Assessment Hearing for Sept. 15

The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services announced that it will hold a meeting with workers’ compensation system users Sept. 15 to discuss 2023 assessment rates. Annual assessments fund operations of the Workers’ Compensation Division, Workers’ Compensation Board, most of the state Division of Occupational Safety and Health, a portion of the Division of Financial Regulation and other parts of DCBS.
