Injunction Lifted, DWC to Relaunch Activation Fee Portal

Liens filed before 2013 that aren't "activated" by the end of the year could be dismissed by operation of law come Jan. 1 under an order signed by a federal judge Monday. U.S. District Court Judge George H. Wu signed an order lifting a preliminary injunction he issued two years ago in Angelotti Chiropractic v. Baker et al.
