The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board will hold its initial discussion in its biennial review of attorney fees during a Dec. 15 meeting in Salem.
Oregon law requires that the board establish a fee schedule for attorneys representing injured workers, insurers and self-insured employers. The same statute requires that the board review the attorney fees every two years for adjustment.
The meeting is at 10 a.m. Dec. 15 and will be held at 2601 25th St. SE, suite 150, in Salem.
