WCB to Discuss Attorney Fees at Dec. 15 Meeting

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board will hold its initial discussion in its biennial review of attorney fees during a Dec. 15 meeting in Salem. Oregon law requires that the board establish a fee schedule for attorneys representing injured workers, insurers and self-insured employers. The same statute requires that the board review the attorney fees every two years for adjustment.
