Saipan Casino Contractor Failed to Report Amputation, OSHA Says

A contractor working on a casino project in Saipan has been cited for federal safety violations after allegedly failing to report worker injuries, including an amputation. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited MCC International Saipan Ltd. Co. for 10 safety violations, with proposed penalties of $81,484, in connection with construction of the Imperial Pacific Resort Casino in Garapan, a village on the island of Saipan.
