Court Reinstates Jury Verdict for Worker on Discrimination Claims

The Missouri Court of Appeals reinstated a jury’s verdicts in favor of an injured worker on his disability discrimination claim. Scott Caldwell worked for the UniFirst Corp. as a district sales manager. In January 2014, Caldwell sustained an injury while covering a service route for one of his subordinates.
