Worker Rebuked for Filing 8th Frivolous Challenge to Denial of Claim

A federal appellate court scolded an injured worker challenging the denial of her claim for benefits for filing a frivolous appeal and expressly warned her that a ninth attempt would warrant sanctions. Linda Baldwin unsuccessfully sought workers' compensation benefits for injuries she suffered in 2006 and 2007.
