An Ohio appellate court upheld a denial of compensation to the daughters of a worker for the loss of his vision up until his death when his ventilator was removed. Case: State ex rel. Dobson v. Industrial Commission, No. 21AP-83, 10/25/2022, published. Facts: Gerald Dobson worked for Graves Lumber Co.
