A former Hollister firefighter was arraigned on felony insurance fraud charges for allegedly collecting $94,788 in workers’ compensation benefits while working for another employer, the California Department of Insurance announced.
Daniel Clampitt, 41, received indemnity benefits from June 2016 to June 2018 after injuring his knee while on duty.
