Court Clarifies 'Good Cause' for Worker to Delay Filing Claim

The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that a worker’s belief that he would be fired for filing a comp claim provided good cause for his delay in reporting the injury, if his belief was based on an “actual occurrence.” Case: Kuralt v.
