The California Division of Workers’ Compensation, in the first major case involving a law requiring it to dismiss liens held by those who have been convicted of fraud, eradicated nearly 5,000 claims filed by companies affiliated with Michael R. Drobot.
On Sept. 5, Drobot stipulated to the dismissal of what appears to be at least 4,771 liens that were filed by Industrial Pharmacy Management and California Pharmacy Management.
