Court Overturns Findings That Worker's Bills Aren't Related to Covered Conditions

A New York appellate court overturned a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board that found a worker’s medical bills were not causally related to her established conditions. Danielle Sequino suffered multiple injuries at work in 2007. In 2011, she was classified as permanently totally disabled.
