The Iowa Court of Appeals ruled that a worker was entitled to summary judgment dismissing the gross negligence suit against him by a colleague whose hand was crushed in a cutting machine. Case: Stokes v. Murillo, No. 23-0289, 04/10/2024, published. Facts: Elisha Stokes and Mario Murillo worked for the same construction supply company.
