NCOIL Announces New Officer Team

The National Council on Insurance Legislators announced that Arkansas state Rep. Deborah Ferguson will serve as the association’s president in 2023. Ferguson, a Democrat from West Memphis, said she looks forward to building on the momentum NCOIL has made in expanding its national reach and developing a wide array of model insurance laws.
