Governor Makes Appointment to WC Commission

Gov. J.B. Pritzker on Tuesday appointed Raychel Wesley as an employee commissioner on the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, pursuant to Sec. 13 of the state Workers’ Compensation Act. For more than 25 years, she provided legal counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues. Wesley was an attorney with several firms and included workers’ compensation matters as part of her practice. She was also appointed as an arbitrator at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission by Pritzker in 2020 and reappointed in 2023.  ...
