The Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board will hold a virtual public hearing on May 13 on a package of proposed regulatory changes.
The proposed rules would clarify that a worker’s earnings don’t include irregular bonuses, reimbursement of expenses or expense allowances.
Another proposal would require the filing of an electronic subsequent report of injury when an employer or carrier starts, stops, increases, decreases or otherwise modifies benefits paid to an injured worker.
