Spinal Fusion Whistleblower Case Moving to L.A.

The parties in the whistleblower complaint alleging more than 90 defendants in Southern California, including Pacific Hospital of Long Beach and its former owner Michael D. Drobot, orchestrated schemes to bilk carriers out of millions of dollars on spinal fusions have agreed to move the matter to Los Angeles.A stipulation filed with the Sacramento County Superior Court on Nov. 27 says the majority of the parties participating in the case – including plaintiffs and defendants, attorneys and witnesses – are located in Los Angeles, Orange or Riverside counties.
