Circuit Court Judge OKs $40M Civil Suit in School Shooting

A circuit court judge in Virginia on Friday said workers’ compensation exclusivity does not preclude a teacher from pursuing a $40 million civil suit for injuries she sustained in a school shooting, according to media reports.
