Transcom Solutions Names Director of Business Development

Transcom Solutions named Stephen Rios director of business development with responsibility for developing and maintaining business relationships in the Southeastern U.S.

In addition to working with clients in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, Rios will also be in charge of sales and marketing strategies, Transcom said in a statement.

Rios brings more than 20 years of work comp industry experience in sales, marketing and account management. Most recently, he was vice president of client services for Orchid Medical. He has also held leadership positions at Mitchell International, Tech Health and Cypress Care.

Based in Braselton, Georgia, Rios is a member of the national RIMS organization, the Atlanta RIMS chapter and the Atlanta Claims Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Georgia.
