Crawford & Co. Adds M&A Specialist Patel to Board

Rahul Patel, a mergers and acquisitions attorney with King & Spalding, has joined the board of directors of Crawford & Co. Patel is a partner in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, where he focuses on mergers, joint ventures and strategic corporate transactions as a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice.
