The Oregon Court of Appeals upheld a determination that a staffing agency was liable for the payment of benefits for a worker’s fatal accident. Employer Solutions Staffing Group LLC, a national staffing agency, contracted with Atlas Leasing, a staffing recruiting agent, to recruit and place employees with third parties.
