A Texas appellate court ruled that a worker could not proceed with her intentional infliction of emotional distress claim against her alleged employers and manager but should have been allowed to proceed with her negligence claims. Michelle Kaplowitz worked at Palm Beach Tan, a tanning salon in Cedar Park.
