4th DCA Upholds JNOV Awarding Additional Premium to SCIF

A California appellate court upheld a trial judge’s entry of a judgment notwithstanding a jury’s verdict, finding that State Compensation Insurance Fund was entitled to an additional $555,327.53 in premium from an employer.
