State Ranks Highest in Satisfaction With Medical Care, but Attorneys Cite Delays

Most injured workers in Connecticut appear satisfied with their medical care, but many in some Southern states reported problems with their workers' compensation systems. That's according to reports from the Workers Compensation Research Institute, which surveyed workers in Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida and Georgia, and compared outcomes in 11 other states. Some 19% of injured workers surveyed in Georgia said they had “big problems” getting the services they or their doctor wanted.
