Most injured workers in Connecticut appear satisfied with their medical care, but many in some Southern states reported problems with their workers' compensation systems.
That's according to reports from the Workers Compensation Research Institute, which surveyed workers in Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida and Georgia, and compared outcomes in 11 other states.
