BWC Seeks Comments on Proposed Rules

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation opened a public comment period on proposed changes to its fee schedule and payment rules for certain inpatient and outpatient services. The bureau said it is proposing to maintain the current conversion factor and adopt Medicare's 2025 professional provider and medical services payment updates into its medical fee schedule.
