Indiana Gov. Mike Pence signed a bill on Saturday that would create a hospital fee schedule with reimbursement set at 200% of Medicare's rates, cap the price of repackaged drugs and increase benefits in July 2014. House Bill 1320 will take effect on July 1, 2014, and was approved in April by the state Senate with a 48-2 vote and by the House with a 94-3 vote.
