La. Gov. Edwards to Keynote NCOIL Conference

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards will be the keynote speaker at the National Conference of Insurance Legislators’ spring meeting in New Orleans from March 3-5. Edwards will speak during a luncheon on March 4. Also, the NCOIL Workers’ Compensation Committee will meet from 11 a.m.-noon March 4.
