Supreme Court Upholds Award for Worker With Hearing Loss, Remands Reimbursement Dispute

The Minnesota Supreme Court upheld an award of benefits to a worker for his hearing loss and upheld the imposition of liability for medical benefits on his final employer but remanded to resolve a reimbursement question.
