The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau posted the 2022 edition of its Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance Manual.
The manual governs the underwriting and rating of work comp and employer liability insurance in the state, along with the statistical and other filings required by laws and the bureau’s rules.
The complete manual reprint includes 2022 rates, which the New Jersey commissioner of banking and insurance reduced by 5.3% for policies incepting in the new year. It also includes all other manual updates adopted through Jan. 1.
