Implementing changes required by a reform measure as sweeping as House Bill 2 is no easy task, especially with a December deadline looming, according to members of an advisory committee that has met regularly for the past two months.
The Regulatory Advisory Committee was appointed by Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Robert Swisher to make recommendations on rules for a drug formulary, prescribing guidelines and how to handle an end to medical benefits after 15 years, as required by the bill.
