The Montana Legislature passed a bill that would allow terminating temporary total disability benefits under certain conditions when an injured worker is released to full duty.
At the same time, the Senate passed a bill that would revise evidentiary standards for doctor testimony and require carriers to pay for incidentals when requesting that an injured worker attend a medical appointment.
