WEDI Forum to Focus on Prior Authorization Challenges

Dr. Donald Rucker, head of the federal Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, will be a featured speaker during the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange’s summer forum. Rucker will deliver the keynote address titled “Prior Authorization and Health IT Policy: Bringing the Industry Together to Address Challenges.” Rucker has worked as an emergency department physician in some of the nation’s top health systems.
