Guidewire Software Completes Acquisition of ISCS

Guidewire Software Inc., a provider of software to the property and casualty insurance industry, has completed its acquisition of ISCS. The acquisition was announced in December and finalized last month. Like Guidewire, ISCS is a software company focused on serving property and casualty insurers.
