Judge Hensley to Retire March 31

The Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board announced that Judge David F. Hensley will retire March 31. Hensley was appointed to the inaugural Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in August 2014 and reappointed in 2018. Before his appointment, Hensley spent 30 years in private practice. From 1981 to 2014, he handled cases involving workers’ compensation, insurance defense, insurance fraud, construction law and estates.
